What started as a private dinner event in 1988 by Francois Pasquier to reconnect with close friends has become an event titled Dine en Blanc that brings together thousands of people. Francois had his friends wear all white to a public meet up location so that they would all readily recognize each other. This all white attire began as a practically purposed dress code and has become a massive dinner party tradition.
Attendees are members of an elite list of those who have attended, those recommended by former attendees & those that sign up on a waiting list. The attendees clad in all white bring their own tables, chairs & food & set up at the same time at a secret location.

Of course this started in Paris!!! I’m totally inspired to go put all white on right now & open up a bottle of bubbly!! Happy Friday!!!
