This is a good question for everyone at every age. 25 youth have answered this question through a traveling art exhibit via Art 180. This pic is one of the larger than life sized self portraits answering this very question, “What do you stand for?” I love this one! The other side of this piece has the artistic expression of this stance.
What is often important to us as a child remains at the heart of our souls as an adult. Through the chaos & responsibilities of our everyday lives the root of our selves is often lost. What did you stand for as a child? What do you stand for as an adult? Does your everyday life reflect these core values? Take a deep breath, connect with yourself and reflect. If your life is not aligning with your core values & passions begin taking actions to move towards a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
These youthful insights will help you to reconnect & reflect. They are being displayed on Monument Avenue between Mulberry & Allen through May 3rd.
Happy Little Friday!!!
