Breath of Fresh Air

Getting outside & taking in the beauty of nature can be the burst of fresh air that your brain needs!  I took this pic at Maymont this week when I took my hula-hoop to the park for my lunch break;  it was gorgeous outside!  I boosted my heart rate & my energy level.  As we head into spring think about taking more time outside to break up your day & enjoy yourself.  Your body & mind will thank you!
