Art is a Powerful Weapon…

against oppression.  This is part of the G40 Art Summit coming to Richmond.  The seeds are already starting to be planted along Broad Street by 13 internationally known artists!  Weapons of Mass Change (WMC) is a traveling exhibition where artists take weapons & transform them into art.  Proceeds benefit humanitarian efforts like the Little Lotus Project whose aim is to help refugee and migrant children on the Thai/Burma border.  WMC is traveling to four cities & Richmond kicks it off!  Then it’s off to San Diego, New York & Miami.  This really puts Richmond on the map of cities that invite change for a better world.  Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be a part of a local event that will positively change the world!

Show opens at Gallery 5 on Friday, April 6th.
